Production

The Bluechipworld Sales and Marketing Limited product range is primarily manufactured by factories and businesses located in the southern Shenzhen province of China. Bluechipworld prides itself in creating long-standing relationships with a number of manufacturers ensuring there is no reliance on just one factory but rather a robust contingency plan across a number of manufacturing partners.

Bluechipworld owns the tooling for the majority of its products, which are designed and utilised by the product manufacturers in the Far East. This means that Bluechipworld product designs are exclusive to the company bringing individuality to the range. For the iT7 audio range, Bluechipworld have exclusive rights to the tooling.

During production every product goes through our stringent quality control process both in the factories and with strict controls provided by an outside inspection company, all of which helps to maintain the highest levels of quality and reliability on all of our products. Each production line will have several QC or testing points; this is to ensure that 100% of products are tested and that the correct manufacturing process has taken place. A more complicated product could go through 10 different production stages and have over 100 checks completed.

Logistics

Our UK office based design team has expertise in all forms of packaging alternatives, Floor Standing Display Units (FSDUs), Counter Top Display Units (CTDUs), Point of Sale Collateral and a variety of solutions designed to help secure space and brand presence in many major UK retailers. The team also attends trade and fashion shows on a regular basis to make sure they are always up with the trends for the season. In addition to the regular research conducted by our marketing team the directors and sales executives attend yearly trade shows including HKTDC in Hong Kong, CeBit in Germany, CES in Las Vegas and IFA in Berlin. This presence and market evaluation helps Bluechipworld stay ahead of the game in introducing new products and designs.

Every customer working with Bluechipworld has access to all parts of the support infrastructure provided by the business including their own account director/executive who overseas the day-to-day running of the account. Bluechipworld has an avowed intention to be seen as part of the customer’s own team building a platform for mutual success.

Bluechipworld supplies directly into a number of UK retailers including Tesco and Sainsburys. Other major retailers are supplied through a number of authorised distribution partners. Our operations team secures several deliveries a week from our Hednesford warehouses to be delivered nationwide to a wide variety of retail outlets.

Our operations team coordinates the process for every delivery from initial order and production through to delivery from the Far East factories to the UK based warehouse or customers across the world. The team is based both in the UK and also in our Hong Kong offices and makes sure every aspect of the process is overseen from all angles ensuring deliveries run smoothly and to the timescale set.
