In the early 2007 the factory was under way with the most dynamic business plan and company development within the Bluetooth product industry and this culminated in a partnership with the Chinese Government to design and construct one of China's largest factories for the manufacture of Bluetooth products.
The internal phase 1 of the projects entailed the construction of a 1 million square foot/100,000 square meters of single storey factory with office and administrative departments. The chosen site in Wangzhou, Sichuan provides a massive labour resource since this area now houses a vast number of Chinese workers who were relocated due to the 'Three Gorges' Hydro Electric Scheme further North in Sichuan on the Yangtze river.
The factory is already able to produce 1 million Bluetooth headsets, 500,000 Bluetooth car kits and 4 million Bluetooth dongles per month. Phase 2 will start in 2010 and will virtually double the size of the existing facility and people employed will grow to more than 5000.
One of the major factors of this operation is the level of investment from the Chinese Government, the factory and its partners, The equipment is some of the best in the world housed within a massive clean room environment and working towards zero defect manufacture.

The facilities within the factory complex mean that the majority of the major materials used in the manufacturing of the Bluetooth devices are made in-house. This allows for the control of quality, reduce cost and on time delivery. The factory continues to have a major contribution to China's development as a super nation and super Power.
The continued growth of the business ensures increasing demand for labour and local resource. The contribution of the the factory to the group provides a major part of the group resources and is to become the world leader in the Bluetooth Industry Sector.
