Our packaging facilities were established in September 1992 to meet growing demand.

The factory, located in Shenzhen China, has a land area of 5500 sqm with a built in 3 stories production area of 3500 sqm and a 1500 sqm dormitory. With the strength of 25 management personnel and 250 production workers, operating on 2 rotating shifts.

The in-house moulds making department, specialising in stone plaster and copper tooling, is capable of the design and manufacture of its own moulds and tools. This optimises existing customer designs and allows the company to propose new and innovative ideas to enhance cost and production efficiency.

To deliver various requirements and volumes, our factory has 10 automated vacuum forming machines capable of forming PVC, PS, PP, PETG and APET material blisters. Production capacity for machining ranges from 450 to 3000 trays per hour and with the business being fully equipped to run 24 hours per day, the maximum production capacity hits approximately 7250 kgs per shift.
 
The factory is a service provider factory and specialist contract packers. Goods are sent to us in bulk and our factory packing section will take care of all the necessary packing and materials required. Ultrasonic welding, heat-sealing, hot-stamping, etc. packaging techniques are all service we offer.

The factory was awarded with the ISO9001-2000 certificate in 2001and believes in total customer commitment, from initial quotation to design concepts and from models and samples to the final products.
